Why is my IVF did not? I have a 44 with 2 (5 / 6 cells on day 3) of good quality embryos transferred. My FSH and LH and endometrial thickness is very good. Does anyone know about good RE with high success rate in Southern California? Thanks

I feel to hear that your cycle did not work. . . Unfortunately even with excellent IVF fertilization, the embryos of high quality and perfect placement. . . sometimes does not work. Get a second opinion is a great idea (unfortunately, I have no recommendations unless you want to move to Boston). Just be sure to meet its RE underway to examine the cycle and see if you have any views on what went wrong. . . and where it is recommended that you go from here – you do another fresh cycle? Maybe five days blastcyst transfer instead of day 3. . . or if you do a frozen embryo transfer? If you have not, I would consider the addition of acupuncture to your routine. I did once a week before my IVF, and then to the recovery and before and after each transfer. It made me feel much better .. Best wishes!
