organizational success management

One of the factors critical to success in any business is a healthy and positive self-image. Essentially a self-determined image:
-How to respond to life circumstances
"How they see the world around them
-What are the goals set
-How react to failure and adversity
How they feel about themselves and others
"How they behave when no one is watching
-How to handle difficult situations
"Your destiny and more.
Organizations consist of groups of individuals with diverse images themselves and thus create what I mean in my management seminars as "self-image." The organizations also create a destination that is often consistent with how the combined group of employees in a department, division, group or even the entire base of employees see themselves as an entity.
For example, if a group of employees of a customer service department are considered minor and appreciated the department, in general, tend to treat customers in most of the same way. Yes, it is possible to select individuals who treat customers with respect and concern, but a large part by the Department as a whole, due to their low self-esteem, treat the customers poorly.
If the management team in an organization, for any reason (s) is not in line with its guidance, objectives, decisions, philosophy, communication etc. which will create confusion, disharmony, used very little autonomy and poor performance among its employees.
If members of a sales team feel they are unnecessary, constantly under pressure to act with little or no positive reinforcement assessment or are perceived by other departments or senior management as nothing. but manufacturers of arrogant problems, the individual self-image of members of the group will become the "group" self-image. The results of this "firm self-magician 'is often the same as in the list of the consequences listed above. One of the sales results common at this point is where the focus group sales to price resistance is generally to reduce the price instead of selling the value contributing to low margins and benefits.
I leave you with a few questions to consider – What is your own style? What do you think is the overall corporate image of most of its employees? Are you aware of that accurately and its consequences both internally and externally? What are the ultimate consequences positive or negative you are experiencing as a result of this self-image? What or who is contributing or re-implementation of the company's self-image?
